The solution to challenges and path to achieve goals are through the creation and articulation of vision. Yoni helps organizational leaders create time and space to address vision within their typically busy and often intense daily and weekly schedules. He helps leaders pause, reflect on the current state of the issue or idea, and works with them to develop a vision and create an achievable plan to reach that vision.
About Yoni
Over the course of eleven years Yoni served as Head of School at the Heilicher Minneapolis Jewish Day School and Westside Waldorf School in the Pacific Palisades, California. He has also coached and consulted for Heads of Schools, Boards, and Clergy. As an organizational leader, he specializes in supporting struggling schools by helping them rightsize their financial standing, rebuild enrollment, design and implement strategic plans, and address reputational challenges. As a coach and consultant, he helps Heads of Schools navigate team building and crises, Boards develop and improve relationships with their executive leadership, and clergy rethink and redesign their education departments.
