About Yoni
Over the course of twelve years Yoni served as Head of School at the Heilicher Minneapolis Jewish Day School and Westside Waldorf School in the Pacific Palisades, California. He has also coached and consulted for Heads of Schools, Boards, and Clergy. As an organizational leader, he specializes in supporting struggling schools by helping them rightsize their financial standing, rebuild enrollment, design and implement strategic plans, and address reputational challenges. As a coach and consultant, he helps Heads of Schools navigate team building and crises, Boards develop and improve relationships with their executive leadership, and clergy rethink and redesign their education departments.
